Hi guys, sorry for the long absence, and actually, to tell the truth, I wasn't going to write this goodbye/loveletter to you here in this space - because really, this space represents the new era of my life, and I don't necessarily want anything mix related on it, but, oh hell. Here goes.
After 10 lovely years, I am moving on. The Universe has conspired for my Greatest Good. I wanted to spend more time with my family. I got that. I wanted more money. I got that. I want to pursue my dreams of creating something from scratch. I'm getting that! My Genie delivers, and for that I'll always be grateful.
So, if you feel compelled to mourn, pleaselah...don't be sad. Be happy! I'm still here and I'm still me.
Keep in touch. Peace! And after this post, we'll talk about other things! :-)

have been following your posts on the mix fm site as well as on this blog for a while but never got down to posting a comment. anyway, all the best to you. m sure you'll have loads of fun. do keep writing as i find your musings thoroughly enjoyable, especially when i sneak a peek during working hours. i've also been meaning to tell you of the absolutely DIVINE cake i had ordered from 'just heavenly' for my son's 3rd birthday party. order chocolate please. it was so good, everyone wanted to 'tar pau' (bungkus). normally would have to force ppl to take some home but me guests wanted more though they were stuffed. have fun planning for milo's big day.

Ok, first of all, I'm starting something new and could really use your support, you guys being so great and everythng - so nye, when you see it in the papers, swing by and 'support' lah ye???... LOL
No, we are not moving to Schweiz as yet, somehow can't let go of standard of living here with maid, etc, that'll HAVE to change if we move overseas, so.... here we stay, plus my business will be taking off soon, I want to focus my energies here.
Richard is not getting a new partner - he already has a wife! heehee...
I really hope we keep in touch here. you guys rock.

aiyooooo shaz, me so sad to hear this. First,you and Richard were not doing the morning breakfast-i oredi very sad,but OK,that's life-so it has to change but at least still can hear you @ Mix. Now,langsung cannot hear your voice.You and Richard are the best,no one else comes close,and the morning crew,hmmmmmm...no comment la,i hardly listen to them.
BUT,that said,I'm sure its for the best,and yr supporters,we want what's best for you.Will miss you loads!! :( alex

hi ya, my dreams of bringing krispy kreme to KL (as I sit here munching on my big apple donut, incidently) tak termakbul coz you know how much they want for a KK franchise???? 1 mill!!! Gilerrbabi punya mahal. So...errr, anyway, just watch this space lah. I'm going to bring you schweinerei instead! It's so baaadass it's gooood...! mmmmmmmmm....

keep us updated.will just like to say i've always love yr voice and richard's too.so malaysian,and english doesn't sound like terbuat-buat,u know what i mean?? a laa like some ppl,some malaysians whose english is full of it,with slang and all,so mengada2.trying to sound like their ah moh=(means white in hokkien).
well,take care.love yr great voice,and ohh yeah love the way u write.the way u laugh in the radio sounds so genuine,doesn't sound fake,sounds very real.

i agree with suz...my morning is just not the same anymore when you split with richard. (pst pst...cant stand that C woman... ).
i keep on surfing the air waves frm here, there, everywhere, looking for a place to stop, tapi nothing can beat your morning show with richard...you berdua mmg betul2 serasi... ngam giler...
no pretense, no fake accents (i really cant stand those fake accents...), plenty of good, genuine chemistry between the two of you....
anyway, a person has got to do what a person has to do, right?
